Our manufactured home had the polybutylene water lines and a leak inside a wall caused damage requiring some new flooring and wall repairs. Not wanting that headache and expense again, plus the ongoing worry of when/where the next leak would occur, we started to look for a company that would repipe our entire home with new PEX pipe. We had some companies say they did not want to do it, or were too busy, plus one quote that we felt was too high. Then fortunately we were referred to Courtesy Plumbing. We checked out their website which all sounded good, then contacted Jerry. That was a great decision! Jerry asked a lot of questions over the phone to have a good understanding of what we had and needed, then gave us a very reasonable quote while on the call. You could tell how knowledgeable he was in talking to him, and was available within a few days to do the work. Jerry and Teri showed up on time and had the entire repipe project done in less a day. He explained why he was doing certain things, why he used the type of fittings he did, rerouted a few lines to a simpler & more professional job, and asked for our input along the way. They are professional, do outstanding work, are pleasant people to talk to and deal with, stand behind their work, and stayed in touch from the first phone call until after the job was complete. It is so hard to find people/companies like this today. We highly recommend them and would definitely call them again!

Jerry replaced our Polybutylene water lines. This is the man to call if you have any plumbing repairs to be done especially if you live in a mfg. or mobile home. I had Jerry come out more then once to repair busted lines before I decided to have them replaced. One was busting about one a month. Jerry is an expert experienced plumber, very friendly done to earth kind of guy who gets the job done. I would highly recommend him to anyone who lives in a mobile to have your plumbing repairs done. I have a 1973 manufactured home that had galvanized pipes. I needed a re-pipe. I called Jerry and he gave me a quote over the phone, which was much, much less than two other quotes I received. Jerry was knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and we set an appt. for the next week. He showed up on time, went right to work and was done within 6 hours. There was no change in the price he quoted me over the phone. For a little extra fee, he removed and reinstalled the water heater to put in a new tub/shower fixture! Jerry is an expert with manufactured home plumbing. He knows his stuff. He’s courteous, professional and left no mess. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a re-pipe of their manufactured home. If I could rate Him higher it would be a 10 ! Best plumbing company ever ! We had cpvc piping throughout the house and the pipes kept breaking, costing us thousands in repairs. Other companies wanted almost 20 thousand to re-pipe the entire house. Then another pipe broke that ruined the kitchen and caused major damage. That was enough. I started calling around and found Courtesy Plumbing. When I told him what was going on and how much other companies wanted he started laughing! He came out right away and re-plumbed the entire house with the new PEX pipe. He did it himself in ONE day. This man knows his business and of course charges much, much, less. He will not overcharge you or rip you off like a lot of other plumbing companies. Now we have piece of mind that we will not have to deal with broken pipes anymore, Can't put a price on that. I also needed my hot water heater put back into the closet with an expansion tank, and drip pan added to bring the house up to code, he did a superb job on that project also. He came out and did the jobs in a professional, timely manner. We will never use anyone else. He shows up on time and cleans up his mess. What A Fantastic professional man with a great personality! Use them don't call anyone else, or you will regret it.

Jerry repiped our house a couple of weeks after we had three CPVC pipe leaks. (see my wife's review). I was so impressed with Jerry's work that I asked him to come back at a later date and install my Moen Flo water monitoring device that I had recently purchased. https://meetflo.com/ Jerry knocked out this job quickly and the Moen Flo is working as advertised.

While Jerry was here, he noticed that our floor installer was having problems remounted a bathroom toilet. We were having the bathroom floor replaced and the new floor was lower. The toilet was not flush with the new floor. Jerry pointed out the issue to the floor installer and commented that the closet flange was cracked and was temp fixed with a repair metal flange that lifted the toilet too high and would have to be replaced. The floor installer said that's not his job, he only moves toilets when installing a new floor.

Jerry stepped up and volunteered to replaced the closet flange and verify that the toilet was reinstalled correctly. What a lifesaver!

That's the kind of guy Jerry is. He doesn't leave you hanging. When he see a problem and he can help, he's there for you.

Over the past 15 years of living up here in Prescott Valley and later Prescott, we have had multiple plumbing problems have worked with various plumbers that were mediocre at best. Our only regret in working with Jerry is that we didn't meet him sooner!!!

Prior Plumber put in a regular vented water Heater and they were registering Carbon Monoxide in the Home. ALL water heaters not in a outside access space needs a Direct Vent Water Heater.)

Jerry and Teri did a terrific job. Our mobile home was seriously overdue for a complete re-pipe job. We still had the old recalled pipes, and we kept having to do small repairs due to leaks. We fixed both toilets and it was kind of like putting your finger over a hole in a sieve because as soon as you stopped one leak, three more new leaks would emerge. Our shower leaked and I had to call a plumber who had to cut a hole behind the shower stall wall. So after a lot of research and hand-wringing and a new major leak from the water source pipe, I finally went with Jerry. He and Teri did the job in less than one full day of work, and they were completely professional and thorough. I am so happy I did it because when I cleared under our kitchen sink to get ready for the repipe, there was another leak, as well as one from my kids' toilet. They did excellent work and I feel so relieved to have finally bitten the bullet and done it. I highly recommend Jerry for any total re-pipe of a mobile home. Type work: Water Heater Malfunction/Corrected and Repaired

Second Plumbing company to come out to assess and repair, the first one cleaned up soot, etc, diagnosed most of the problem, but not able to make the repairs due to parts not being on hand. Then came Jerry Frederick (to the rescue). The problem was not just needing a propane conversion kit but the glass vial that detects gas outside the water heater, it had broken because the gas was not feeding into the water heater correctly-without the vial the water heater won't work. So the best part, he not only goes back to his place to get a propane conversion kit and the special vial from another water heater in stock; he comes back after dark and works with headlamps to complete the job! Chino Valley is so blessed to have someone of Jerry's caliber looking out for us. Thank you Jerry/Courtesy Plumbing I will be singing your praises!

Your review:Jerry made a significantly lower estimate than other plumbing companies for a new water heater install. He put it all in writing in my kitchen. I liked his strait forward approach and hired him on the spot. He did the job quickly and efficiently, and I had hot water flowing again. I mentioned a problem with my sink disposal, and before leaving took a look at it, finding and removing a small piece of metal stuck inside. No charge!! He also gave me some contacts for other contractors I might need in the future. I would encourage others to use his plumbing services.

We recently purchased a 1971 manufactured home in Sedona, Arizona. The pipes were Galvanized and very old and had become rusted. When the water came out you could see large black iron deposits.

We knew we needed a plumber who specializes in manufactured homes so we were fortunate to find Jerry online. The reason is that many plumbers hesitate to work on manufactured homes and the crawl space under the home is very shallow. Jerry came over within about 24 hours of our initial call to investigate the situation and give an estimate.

Repiping the home was a big job and on top of that the home had recently had the water heater replaced with a non-manufactured home water heater. It was not compliant with the code so the gas company would not turn on the gas. Jerry was able to quickly take care of both issues within his initial quote. Now the water flows out of the taps clear!

We will call on Courtesy Manufactured Home Plumbing when we have any future plumbing questions. Thank You Jerry.

Came home to the sound of water running like a flood. Called a well known plumbing company to Repipe, who quoted a very high price. Our Maintenance man at Buena Vista recommended Jerry. A different plumber came to the house, charged $133 without resolving the problem, and hung up on me when asked to return. Jerry was called next and came out within an hour. He clearly explained his diagnosis and plan of action. Then after beginning work, discovered a cheaper and more effective solution. Then, he not only charged less than half of his estimate, but also less than the previous plumber who hadn't fixed the problem in the first place. What else can I say? Jerry's card went up on the fridge and the other one flushed down the freshly cleared pipes.

Type work: Toilet flange repair

I was selling a rental manufactured home and the inspector found a loose bolt connecting the toilet to the flange on the discharged pipe. Further examination disclosed the renters broke the bolt slot on the flange so the toilet could not be secured properly. Jerry Fredrick came out the day after I called, cut off the old flange and installed a new one along with a new water line. He was on time, new what he was doing,and fixed the problem for a reasonable price. I would recommend him for any MH plumbing jobs.

We had a major leak coming from the ground outside our house that I was sure was a main line break. Jerry came out and dug the entire area up and identified the problem as a underground valve for an old sprinkler system we never even knew existed. He pulled the valve assembly, caped the pipe, and for all of that work over 90 minutes only charged us $130! We have used Courtesy MANY times before for both our primary home and our rental homes and can say with absolute conviction that they are the ONLY company we call on when we have any plumbing issues. They are absolutely the BEST!!

Jerry did an excellent job. When I called him a week ago to fix a leak under my kitchen sink, he came out the next day. He showed me the CPVC was brittle and easily broke when he was doing the repair. He recommended repiping the whole house. A week later, he replaced all the CPVC with Pex in the entire 1999 manufactured home. The CPVC in the bathroom broke with the slightest touch, so I was just weeks away from a complete disaster! I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing work that needs to be done. He is friendly and professional.
